Working with Brandon was great! He really listened to me and understood what I was looking for so that I could focus on looking at houses that would be right for me. Brandon would go the extra mile and reach out to listing agents and even off market properties to try to find great options for me. I never felt like I was being pushed or pressured into just buying anything. He was always super friendly, really informative, and also very honest and transparent. He is also just a good person; Brandon would check in with me often just to see how I was doing. When I found the right house for me and put in an offer, the feedback we got from the listing agent was that we won because our offer was straight forward and simple and earnest, which the seller really appreciated.
